From theory to practice. Transforming leadership at Heathrow Airport.

Our collaboration with Heathrow Airport led to an award-winning leadership programme called 'Lead the Way'.  Through in-depth interviews and on-site observation, we identified leaders’ operational and non-operational needs.

These included re-engagement following organisational change, expectation setting, upskilling in difficult conversations, and building a confident, inclusive team.  

Our human-centred approach impacted over 1,500 leaders delivering increases in airport-wide engagement (+18%), inclusion (+7%) and trust in leadership (+14%).
